• This daylong, silent retreat is offered on a generosity (Dana) basis

Practicing mindfulness on day retreats is one of the foundations for maturing insight meditation. The simplicity, silence and support of retreats contribute to letting go of many of the distractions that get in the way of clarity. Day retreats are also wonderful environments for developing a continuity of awareness for an extended period. This particular daylong retreat is open to all. The schedule consists of alternating periods of sitting and walking meditation. Except during registration and sharing time, attendees are asked to maintain silence. WIMG Dharma practice leaders, (Nelle and Kurt), will be available during this day for private practice discussions.

Please Note: If you need to cancel your registration at the last minute, it is unlikely that your place will be filled. Therefore, in the event that you cancel AFTER May 11, we ask that you make a dana contribution of $20 to help cover the cost of lunch, snacks, and facility rental.
