✓ Registration check-in:  8:30 a.m. to 8:45 a.m.

✓ Morning Session:  9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

✓ Lunch:  12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.

✓ Afternoon Session:  1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The day includes alternating periods of guided sitting and walking meditation. The sessions will be led by Nelle Oosterom,  a practice leader and Chair of the Winnipeg Insight Meditation Group.

  •    This daylong, silent retreat is offered on a generosity (dana) basis. There will be an opportunity to offer donations to cover costs.

  •    Suitable for beginners and those who wish to deepen their practice.

  •    Tea and some snacks will be available.

  •    Bring your own lunch.

  •    More details will be sent closer to the day of mindfulness.
