Loving-Kindness is an essential and beautiful quality of a spiritual life. Loving-Kindness opens our hearts and allows a kind embrace of ourselves, connecting us intimately to each other and to the world. Participants will understand what Loving-Kindness means and how to practice it through meditation. This day will include guided meditations to cultivate calm and help focus participants on the exploration of Loving-Kindness throughout the day.
This Day of Mindfulness is suitable for people new to meditation and for experienced practitioners wishing to deepen and broaden their practice of mindfulness and Loving-Kindness.
Nelle and Marc will be available for private practice discussions.
