This is an inspiring story of a man who found a new way of life through Buddhism and punk rock. The two seem like an unlikely combination, but Meditate and Destroy shows how they coexist.

Noah Levine was part of a generation of rebellious kids that turned to drugs, punk rock, alcohol and crime. Through Buddhism, he was able to channel this energy positively and turn his life around. He now works to inspire other troubled youth in juvenile halls and prisons as a Buddhist counselor and teacher. Meditate and Destroy tells how he turned away from rebellion to meditation and spirituality.

Director Sarah Fisher touches on the spirit of punk rock in the documentary, a medium that is often misunderstood. A great film for anyone who enjoys Buddhism, meditation or inspiring stories.
